One of the oldest dairies (but the cows aren't that old) producing cheeses from un-pasteurized milk. Their products are guaranteed free of hormones, antibiotics, colouring, additives and preservatives, so you should be feeling healthier before your return to the city.
Their Milk is produced by healthy A2 Guernsey cows, roaming free in the veld. They've won many South African awards for their cheeses as well as an award at the International Cheese exhibition in London.
